Ingredients
1⁄2 scoopPower Up Vanilla Protein Blend , or 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1⁄2 cup frozen mango
1⁄4 cup Turmeric & Ginger Blend Enhanced Herbal Tea
1⁄2 banana
1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
- In a blender, combine all ingredients. If you like it thicker, add ice cubes; for a thinner consistency, add water. Blend until smooth and pour into a tall glass.
