1 cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage
1 cup baby spinach
1⁄2 cup unsweetened coconut water
1⁄2 cup blueberries
1⁄2 small banana, sliced
- In a blender, combine coconut milk beverage, spinach, coconut water, blueberries, banana, protein blend, and Apple Pie Spice. If you like it thicker; add ice cubes; for a thinner consistency, add water. Blend until smooth and pour into a tall glass.
