1⁄4 cup quick oats
1⁄2 cup Greek yogurt
1⁄4 cup pomegranate juice
3⁄4 cup frozen raspberries or blueberries
1⁄4 cup tropical fruits, sliced and defrosted, try pitaya (aka dragon fruit), pineapple, mango, banana
Cocoa Crunch Whole Food Topper or Tutti Fruity Whole Food Topper, to taste, optional
- In a blender, combine all ingredients except toppings. Blend until smooth—if you like it thicker, add ice cubes; for a thinner consistency, add water.
- Transfer to a bowl. Top with tropical fruits and sprinkles if desired and serve.
